In the first instance, if for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your order, please contact me at grinding@ecr.coffee.
I roast all of the coffee to order to ensure freshness for delivery of your purchase. As coffee is perishable by nature, I cannot accept returned goods. If your order is incorrect or damaged I will offer a replacement or a refund.
If you are dissatisfied or have a problem with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt of your order. I will then investigate the issue and remedy the situation either through the delivery of a replacement or a refund of the purchase price.
